Full Tilt Poker has issued another statement on cash outs for US Players. Sadly they still have not given a date, and instead what we got was more of an announcement that another announcement will be coming. Their full statement can be found below:
Since April 15th and the days immediately following, Full Tilt Poker faced numerous challenges and hurdles to ensuring the smooth operation of its international business and the orderly return of US player funds. FTP has worked tirelessly to address these issues and has made significant progress on both fronts.
FTP’s international business operations are returning to normal while we focus on ensuring the safe and orderly return of US player deposits. We are absolutely committed to making sure that US players are refunded as soon as possible. We apologize for the delay and the fact that we underestimated the time it would take to work through these issues. We will update our US players when we have more specific information to provide.
It is disappointing that a month has passed since Black Friday and we do not have concrete word on when withdrawals will start or details of how they will be done. However, everyone should remember it took months before the NETeller situation was resolved. I had $7,000 stuck in NETeller when that went down and even with the delays I fully expect Full Tilt players to be paid back in less than 1/3 of the time it took NETeller users.
They also announced what will happen with points along with promotional payments. First of all they will make rakeback payments next week. All Take Two prizes have been paid, along with Tournament Leaderboards, FTOPS Satellites and Cash Back. T$ and Tournament Ticket conversions have begun. Iron Man medals for April have been distributed and Ironman Freeroll tickets will be converted. So at least they have made some progress there. The FTP Store will be re-opened so that players can make purchases from it. Everything will be available for purchase with the exception of bonuses and tournament tickets.
