Carbon Poker is offering the weekend grinders a new promotion. The Weekend Warrior promotion runs from midnight Saturdays to 11:59 PM on Sundays server time (US Central Time.) This promotion is only open to members of the VIP program, which a player must only earn 250 points in a month to qualify for. Each VIP Tier has a leaderboard for this promotion. Earth, Wind and Fire the low tiers pay out the top 10 places on the leaderboard. Water and Ether pay out the Top 5 places, but with much higher prizes. For example, the Earth prizes range from $10 for 10th to $35 for 1st. The top tier, Ether pays $75 for 5th up to $150 for 1st. You rise up the leaderboard by earning VIP points in cash games, MTTs and SnGs.
