What do you have to do to earn four times your usual amount of gold cards? Just play during special time periods every hour.

During each quarter hour, Gold Cards will pay out at different rates. During the first quarter of every hour gold cards pay out at 4x the normal rate. During the second quarter of the hour they pay out at the regular rate. During the third quarter of the hour they pay out at double the regular rate. And during the fourth quarter they pay out at the normal rate. So if you are playing a standard session you should be able to take advantage of both of those time periods pretty easily.
