This is the bankroll building guide for all US players. If you are not in the US you can still take advantage of this guide, but we will be launching a new guide for international players soon which will include these and more great deals. Please also note that some of these sites(Golden Riviera, Royal Vegas, Trident, Golden Tiger) are on the Prima Poker network, which will only allow people from certain states(and it differs site to site, so check with them before signing up). Also some sites may block players from Louisiana, so please be sure to double check with support before depositing.
Also, theoretically you only need $40 to get started on this guide based on the first signup bonus, however as you're likely to be playing at least .25/.50, and .5/1 is highly recommended for faster clearance, it's wise to have a least $100 due to variance. - Pokerari : $25 bonus, 100 poker points to clear.Poker 4 Ever has several bonuses offered on their site, but for new American players their smallest bonus is your best bet. At 12x it is much more difficult to clear than Poker Ari's bonus despite only being 25 dollars larger. But given how few bonuses there are for players starting out at the 100 dollar level, this bonus is still useful. Note: If you are starting with closer to a 500 dollar bankroll, consider skipping this bonus. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Pokerari
- Poker 4 Ever : 100% to 50 dollars 12x points per bonus dollar to clear..Poker 4 Ever has several bonuses offered on their site, but for new American players their smallest bonus is your best bet. At 12x it is much more difficult to clear than Poker Ari's bonus despite only being 25 dollars larger. - Pokerstars: 100% to 50 dollars sign up bonus; 10 FPPs per bonus dollar to clear. Pokerstars sign up bonus is fairly small, and clears fairly slowly, but compared to other American bonuses is worth doing, especially since their reload bonuses are far more valuable than the sign up making this worth doing once you reach this bankroll level when a player can in theory play 1/2. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Pokerstars
- Royal Vegas Poker: 100% up to 200 dollars sign up bonus 5x Poker Points to clear. Royal Vegas' bonus has been changed, and while it isn't as profitable as before it is still a quality bonus for US Players. However, it should not be done until a player has a bankroll for 1/2 or higher. At .5/1 the bonus will be closer to a 25x raked hand bonus, while at 1/2 it is closer to 12x. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Royal Vegas Poker
- Cool Hand Poker: 100% up to 350 dollars sign up bonus. 10x raked hands to clear.. Cool Hand Poker, formerly Trident Poker features one of the largest bonuses on Prima that is still quite easy to clear, especially for American players with a small bankroll. Because of the larger size it comes into play later in our bonus guide than before, but is a significantly better bonus than before. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Cool Hand Poker.
- Bodog Poker: 110% Bonus, 3 Bonus Points per bonus Dollar for first 10% 10 points for the rest of the bonus. Bodog's new bonus is a good deal for a player building a bankroll. The 10% portion of the bonus which is paid into your account on sign up requires only 3 points per dollar, however it will require a 500 dollar bankroll to take full advantage of it, meaning it is best done after Golden Tiger. The 100% portion of the bonus is entirely optional, and less attractive, but still worth pursuing. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Bodog Poker
- Golden Tiger: 50% to 200 dollars sign up bonus. 10x raked hands to clear. (Plus UPB Bonus) Golden Tiger's bonus is still vital for players with an emerging bankroll. It will increase your bankroll by nearly 50%, (Assuming you do Cool Hand first.) and the raked hand requirements are quite reasonable at 10 raked hands per dollar. It is getting rarer and rarer to find large bonuses which have been around this long with such reasonable requirements, so take advantage of Golden Tiger ASAP! To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Golden Tiger Poker
- Poker.com: 5% Bottomless Bonus, 50 points per bonus dollar to clear. Poker.com's new bottomless bonus is a huge improvement over their old bonus. It clears at a fairly decent pace at .5/1 and if you are playing 1/2 at this point the Poker.com bonus will clear very quickly. Also, use coupon code ONTARIO100 when depositing and receive an extra 100% to $200 signup bonus. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Poker.com
- Cake Poker: 100% to $500, 33% rakeback. Cake Poker is an excellent up and coming site that is U.S. Friendly with some of the softest games availible to U.S. Players. Their bonus is fairly standard, clearing slowly at .5/1 and 1/2 but at a rate of 4-5 dollars an hour above that. What makes this bonus excellent is the rakeback availible on Cake Poker. When rakeback is added to your bonus the Cake Poker bonus ends up being worth 3 dollars per table hour at 1/2, over 6 dollars per table hour at 2/4, and 8.50 per table hour on 3/6 which is an excellent rate for currently available U.S. bonuses. They also have a variety of other rewards promotions. Sign up for Cake Poker Rakeback.
- Full Tilt Poker: 100% up to 600 dollars, 16.67 points per bonus dollar to clear. (UPB Bonus: 27% Rakeback) Full Tilt's Bonus when combined with rakeback (though they do not stack as Absolute does, rakeback combined with bonus gives you substantially more cash than just the bonus.) makes Full Tilt the best destination for an American player with a robust bankroll, or one needing a boost to put it over the top. The bonus itself does not begin clearing quickly until 2/4 or 3/6 limit Hold Em, and a player playing here with rakeback will make a considerable amount of money over the long term. To read more about this bonus or to take advantage of it, visit Full Tilt Poker or read our rakeback page.
